声明人：是一个在网上轰动全国并被几千万网民点击和评论� �湖北省黄冈市第二届人大代表。罗田县第十、十一、十二、� ��三、十四届人大代表范桂峰（尽管被有关机关大量的删除和关闭声明人的网帖，但其中凤凰论坛网到目前为止单帖浏览� �110多万次，请上网查看。）在此首先感谢全国各大网站和板� ��以及广大网友和新闻媒体的支持和报道。
由于声明人的案件于2009年2月份向湖北省高级人民法院提出了申诉请求，并于2010年4月13日收到省高院提审通知书，但近期� ��到黄冈市、罗田县两级司法机关的有关人员透露，省高院审监庭主审声明人案件的主审法官王意，受少数领导人的指使� �到黄冈市、罗田县找市、县两级司法机关名曰调查案件，实� ��违法“和谐案件”保市、县两级违法办案的司法人员，逃避法律的查处，想活活的冤死声明人，再说，哪有如此调查的� �理呢？正因为声明人在市、县两级人代会上提了司法人员的� ��见，得罪了市、县两级司法界的重要领导人，他们才组织公、检、法、司等机关联合打击报复声明人，合伙办的冤案，� �他们调查能对声明人有利吗？能说出真相吗？为什么不调查� ��量知情人的证据呢？特别是其中所谓与熊楚国、林桂英的纠纷中，声明人在事发时就向河铺派出所报了警（是群众的打� �纠纷，声明人是履行职务），并有叶、熊俩位警官及时赶到� ��现场，并当场收缴了徐明权、林桂英等杀人的菜刀、剪刀等凶器，还将徐明权、林桂英带到了河铺派出所，事后几天叶� �熊俩位警官找知情人取了大量的证据材料，为什么在一审、� ��审和再审时声明人和其律师一再请求调出该材料和杀人的凶器菜刀、剪刀，而这些审判法官，不但不调出该材料，而且� �判决书上对徐明权、林桂英等杀人的凶器菜刀、剪刀只字不� ��呢？象这样在第一现场接近真实取证的第一证据材料，为什么不调出来呢？而声明人再三的用邮寄和当着主审法官王意� �面请求（同时将大量的证据材料用挂号信向省高院正副院长� ��有关办案法官，邮寄50多封（份）诉求信件，有据可查），� ��出该证据，为什么王意法官不去调查呢？难道调查市、县两级司法机关的言词和写出的证明就能代表和作为声明人有罪� �证据使用吗？因为现在是法治社会，是以事实为依据，以法� ��为准绳，不是以前阶级斗争为纲的时代了。那个时候是领导人和司法机关说了算，他们说的就是证据，就是法律，而法� �社会的今天是以事实和证据为根据，是法治而不是人治。至� ��声明人被判刑坐牢，对声明人来说，现在并不重要（因为牢已坐满了，1年半的徒刑坐了2年半，还多坐1年）现在重要的� �，“士可杀，不可辱”。如果声明人的三起纠纷是申诉人所� ��，没有时间和地点，那还情有可原，而这三起纠纷是办案人员陈选明和几个与声明人有仇恨的流氓、地痞和声明人送去� �牢的几个“两牢”人员在一起捕风捉影，张冠李戴、胡搅蛮� ��捏造办成的一个假案。当然声明人的冤屈如果是为了党和人民利益的需要，声明人愿意放弃和付出，从此不再上访申诉� �更不会报复社会，因为法院保护的是损害党和人民利益的违� ��犯罪人员，这些违法犯罪的司法人员不除，他们还要继续祸害其他人民群众。正如河南省高级人民法院张立勇院长说：� �司法不公，是最大的不公，司法腐败，是最大的腐败，动摇� ��是公民对法律的信仰，破坏的是法治社会的根基，司法人员的素质差，必须加深老百姓对司法公正的疑虑。因此必须要� �确实充分的证据来证明是声明人所为。而且声明人的要求非� ��低调，改不改判声明人无罪，甚至还加声明人10年、20年的� �刑，声明人都愿意认可，只是要求要事实求是的真相，只要� ��冤明说，一切都好说。
综上述，从省高院审监庭主审法官王意的枉法调查来看，声� �人在此必须慎重的声明。
省高院审监庭必须严格依法、公正、事实求是的审判声明人� �案件，按照最高人民法院王胜俊院长在2009年12月18日全国政� �工作电视电话会议上的讲话和江必新副院长在2009年12月3日召开全国法院审判监督工作经验交流视频会上的讲话以及2010年5 月30日“两高三部”发布的两个规定，将声明人的三起纠纷的时间、地点、事因、扣押物品清单上的物证等证据一一作出� �明和解释清楚，并调出河铺派出所在现场的第一取证材料和� ��人的凶器菜刀、剪刀。让事实说话，让证据作根据，让声明人心服口服，息诉罢访。否则声明人要报复社会，用车装满� �油到人群密集的地方制造恶性案件，震惊全中国乃至全世界� ��叫其儿子到国外申请政治避难和宣传声明人的冤案（声明人的儿子早就办有世界通用护照）。来澄清声明人的冤案，声� �人说到做到。因为声明人是一个军人出身，承受不了这一奇� ��大辱，到那时造成上百无辜人民群众的生命和国家集体财产的损失，应由王意法官来承担？还是由受意的领导来承担呢� �如果声明人是无理取闹，蓄意闹访、缠访，造成无辜人民群� ��的生命和国家集体财产损失，那声明人不但不是人，连畜生都不如。为什么全国多起发生杀害法官的案件发生后，人们� �放鞭炮，拍手称快呢？因为最黑暗的地方是人民法院，最胆� ��枉为的也是人民法院，声明人在浏览网页时，看到一网友的帖子说：“打黑除恶，要先打法院”，这说明了什么呢？？� �希望广大人民群众要理解声明人的做法是出于无奈，是走途� ��路，有话无处说，有冤无处伸，只有采取违法犯罪的方式来惩处司法黑暗和腐败的违法犯罪人员。此作法尽管声明人在� �个问题上成了人民的罪人，对不起无辜的受害者，但对于声� ��人的案件来说，是能够澄清的，不会受辱。再说声明人宁愿犯滔天杀头之罪，粉身碎骨，遗臭万年（因为那是明显的犯� �罪，不是冤枉和受辱死的，能闭上眼睛）也决不会受辱活在� ��世上。中国的现行法律，是写给人民群众看的，就连2010年5� ��30日“两高三部”发布的两个规定，对办案法官来说也只是� ��纸空文，在贯彻执行中完全是两回事。因此声明人只有采取报复社会的办法来澄清这一冤案，否则其冤案永远是石沉大� �，这样活着比死更难受。

Jose Coceres added the Dubai Desert Classic title to the Heineken Open Catalonia he won in 1994. The 36-year-old Argentine finished two shots ahead of Irishman Paul McGinley and Sweden's Patrik Sjoland at Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Honma 904 Irons.

After grinding out fifteen pars' and a birdie, Coceres could afford to take a double bogey at the last hole and still walk away with the 141,610 winners cheque. Coceres Golf equipment, who held a five shot lead after 54 holes, shot a closing round of 73, one over par, for a winning 14 under par. McGinley and Sjoland both fired 67s to overhaul several players and claim a share of second place.

Coceres said: It was very, very good for me to win because with a five shot lead it would not have been good to finish second. Right from the first hole I knew that second was not good. golf clubs now I am very, very happy and this win is for all the people who were supporting me, Honma 713 driver my children and my direct family".
